For maximum aloha: Scoop one heaping teaspoon (1.5g) of Mauna into a tea strainer or sachet. Pour 8-fl oz of near boiling water into a tea cup to steep at 205° F (96° C). Allow Mauna to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes (a longer steep time will yield a spicier, more fiery infusion). Milk and honey may be added for a sweeter and creamier infusion. Makes 75 eight fl.oz. servings per package.
