Master Xu's Da Hong Pao
Master Xu’s Da Hong Pao (大红袍) is known as the The King of Teas in China. This legendary oolong is completely hand made by Master Xu, the maker and one of the guardians of the original mother trees, and grown on China’s most famous tea cliff – the Jiu Long Keu (Nine Dragon Nest).
Dark roasted with a delicious fruity sweetness and mineral depth, it is best brewed with water just off the boil and a tablespoon of tea per cup.
