A refreshing dark-roasted Shui Xian oolong from Water Curtain Cave in Wuyi Shan, partially-made by Master Xu, the maker and one of the guardians of the original Da Hong Pao trees. The trees the tea is made from are 50-60 years old. Fragrant, rich and with notes of roasted coffee and dark chocolate, this is a great introduction to the joys of Wuyi oolongs.
