Premium Wuyi aged ShuiXian tea is from Wuyi area of Fujian province. It’s an excellent fermented Red Oolong.
Heavily roasted but stored for a few years, so it is smooth and round.
This type of Oolong has pretty much the same properties like a Pu-erh. It is of premium class, tastes great, and it could be stored for a long time for better.
