Very refreshing, very lemony, with none of the over-sweetness you get from commercial bagged lemon teas. Tastes quite similar to, and is every bit as good as, fresh lemon balm tea.
Lemon Verbena

Aloysia triphylla or lemon verbena is a leafy herb with a wonderful lemon flavour.
The whole leaves have been cut to help them infuse.
Put a good pinch in the pot and leave to stand for 3-5 minutes.
It is believed to help aid digestion and to alleviate stress.
It’s quite delicious.
