The Darjeeling region in West Bengal, India, is known the world over for producing teas of superior quality. From that region now comes a black tea that has a light and pleasant cup, with an appetizing apricot hue. Exceptionally smooth with a subtle floral touch, this tea also has the musky spiciness that Darjeeling teas are known for. Considered by many to be the “champagne” of black teas, Darjeeling is great for afternoon drinking.
