So what can I say … I thought this would be just like a chocolate caramel even though english toffee in the candy form is not – its nutty, chocolately, buttery, crunchy and AMAZING. I love english toffee can you tell? I think the only thing better is salted caramel – OMG I wonder if Red Leaf Teas can get a salted caramel flavor!?!?
Sorry I got sidetracked obviously but when I opened the pouch I was excited because the smell was so amazingly good. I was preparing myself to be let down just in case because I figured this would be a difficult one to get right. I mean I really don’t know when I can stop doubting Red Leaf Tea lol they have never let me down to date, so why would they now right? But still, I had to be cautious as I prepared my bowl of yumminess not to get my heart broken for the first time.

As I am typing this I look sadly at my glass, as it is not half full or even half empty but it is totally empty and I am beginning to eat the remaining ice because there is still a little remnants of matcha hanging onto the cubes. If I could get my tongue down into the tall glass I would lick the inside of it!

Having made my typical matcha latte, cold, with ice, creamer, milk, and the matcha mix I think I gulped it down in a matter of minutes, and I am being generous, it was probably more like a manner of seconds! Its a wonder I even can recall what it tasted like as it blasted past my taste buds so quickly!

It was in fact nutty, buttery, caramlish but with the toffee flavor of correctly burnt sugar flavor, and of course just the right amount of chocolate but not so much to mask the other wonderful flavors! And as always the amazing matcha powder base shines through taking away the guilt of the sweetly sinful, ummm sweetness!

My matcha was composed of:

Options:
Size : Small
Matcha Quality: Starter (Basic Grade)
Flavor: Robust
Storage : Add Small Metal Tin Container (Holds up to 45g)

As always I suggest the really nice tins from Red Leaf teas which will cost you 4.00 extra but are well worth it with screw top air tight lids! Easier to scoop your powder base out of and no mess, unless your clumsy like me and manage to get some on the table anyway. Yes I did scoop it into my strainer lol.

So again Red Leaf you delight me! Thank you for all your amazing matcha offerings and keep them coming! I have my eyes on your site for the new flavors you had mentioned in the threads here on steepster!

I’m still working on perfecting this matcha… I can’t seem to coax the flavours out that I’m expecting… must clear palate, take deep breath, and go in with no expectations! More on that later, I’ll be Bach

Alright! I have had quite the little journey with English Toffee matcha – it started out on a bumpy road, but from that I finally perfect an iced matcha technique on the go! And coaxed out the flavour! So it has a happy ending, I hope I didn’t ruin it for you… read on ;)

My first few cups of English Toffee Matcha left a little to be desired in the flavouring department. I guess I should have gone with Robust or Distinctive instead of Delicate, but it hadn’t failed me before! I should say – it wasn’t that the cup itself was disappointing. In fact, the quality of matcha in this batch almost seemed smoother and indulgent than I’ve had in the past! It almost had a creamy quality to it, without any additives. I was just looking a little too hard for a “Skor” or even a salted caramel sort of flavour.

I tried it as a latte – and it was still delicious, but I was still searching for the English Toffee. I’m happy to say that I discovered the flavour the best in an iced tea with no milk OR sugar! That was super surprising to me! I usually add sugar to make the matcha sweet like the flavours usually are in their original forms, but this one came out the BEST unsweetened. Who would have thunk?

I keep seeing online a “recipe” for iced matcha, or rather, instructions where all you have to do is add the powder to a bottle of water and shake like crazy! Well, I have tried that multiple times and it’s gross every time haha. I uncap a bottle, sip a bit, shake some matcha in and shake away (for a loooong time) – but all I end up with is murky green water with clumps. Clumps that hit your teeth and dissolve into a bitter mess in your mouth.
THEN I read on a website (of course I can’t remember which one) where they added just a half a teaspoon of matcha, and a tiny bit of cold water – the same way you would make hot matcha – to make a matcha paste first and then add more water! So I added my half tablespoon of English Toffee Matcha, about a teaspoon of water – and my shaking was vigorous! It created a smooth paste almost instantly with no lumps (I didn’t even need to sift), I filled up my water bottle with the rest of the cold, filtered water. The liquid was emerald green, not lumpy or murky, and tasty! I didn’t add sugar or anything else, just sipped away and lo and behold – English toffee flavour and natural sweetness from the matcha, with a bit of vegetal tones and no astringency.

I’m pretty happy that I figured out the right way to make iced matcha in a bottle – I’m also happy with my English Toffee matcha. We’re on good terms now ;)

Thank you to Azzrian for sending me a bit of this Matcha! Yummy!

I prepared this as a latte, using mostly water to prepare it and then adding just a splash of half & half (since that’s all I had in the fridge) to make it a latte. It turned out fantastic.

I believe that Azzrian chose the Robust flavoring level with the classic grade of Matcha for this, and it really is good. The English Toffee flavor is very abundant, and I think that had I ordered it I probably would have gone for the distinctive rather than the robust, because I think I would like a little more of the Matcha to come through, but I’m really loving it just the way it is too.

Sweet, delicious toffee! Like a liquified heath bar in my Matcha bowl. Buttery, nutty with hints of chocolate, and a bit of Matcha in there too. Totally yum!

Time for another matcha review. Seeing that my Caramel matcha kicked the bucket, I thought it would be appropriate to start this one. As a side note, I’ve never actually tried English toffee before but the smell of this alone makes me want to go out and hunt down the real thing.

I ordered this in basic grade and “There’s Matcha in There?!” level of flavouring. I’ve been going all out on the flavour.

Dry, this reminds me of Caramel matcha but it’s much creamier. Maybe there is a hint of chocolate but I can’t pick up any nuts. But honestly, that doesn’t matter to me since overall, it smells quite tantalizing.

Prepared, this definitely tastes creamier too with a hint of chocolate mixed in. Not as gooey as the Caramel but in a way, it still faintly reminds me of it.

Like the other flavoured matchas, I prefer drinking this as a cold latte. This time around I whisked it with a little hot water, added about a cup of 1& milk, and was extra bad and added a splash of Pinnacle whipped cream vodka.

I can see this one being really good with steel-cut oats and a bit of brown sugar.

Sipping on a class/cup/mug of this is a million times better than downing a sugar-laden cup of English Toffee cappuccino at a café. A by far healthier option and tastes better too.

English Toffee matcha is available here with other tea bases and levels of flavouring:

Second matcha latte of the day, because when I drank it a few hours ago I REALLY needed to wake up. I have some sort of flu/bug and I am just bone-tired for no reason! I woke up at my usual time, was up for an hour, and promptly took a 4 hour nap. But you know I can’t sleep all day! Actually… I probably COULD but I don’t want to haha. So matcha to the rescue!

I loooove english toffee. I make it quite often, since there are 3 ingredients (if you don’t do the chocolate/nut topping) and I always have them on hand. I tend to just use whatever kind of chocolate I have on hand to top it, so I end up with wacky things like white chocolate coconut toffee. It is also AMAZING for making with tea—just steep the butter, and bam! Tea toffee! So of course, I have to try toffee tea. In fact, this has been really high up on my list for a long time but honestly I try not to get too many dessert teas per order. I don’t even know why, it’s not like they have more calories… but I try to balance it with fruity stuff. But finally, toffee matcha’s time has come! I got:

Size: 30 grams (small)
Grade: Basic
Flavor Level: Distinctive

I was super tempted to get this with the black base, since I love chocolate flavors + black matcha but I wanted to try something chocolatey with a regular old green base. Also, one of these days I’ll get a large… but I have to find “the one” first. Caramel and pumpkin pie are currently in the lead! But I think tonight they found a challenger.

This matcha is phenomenal! You taste the sweet, buttery toffee and the rich chocolate, even a hint of nutty goodness. And it really is good with the green base! These flavors are like magic, how did they stuff so many aspects of a tasty treat into matcha? I mean, this isn’t simply caramel + nuts + chocolate. It really does have that buttery smoothness and a toastiness that I associate with toffee. It’s magic I tell you, magic. Delicious, perfect magic. You can get some here… and if you like dessert matcha, you definitely should!

I ordered this one with “delicate” flavouring and the standard base, as I figured that since I loved the caramel with delicate flavouring, that was probably enough flavouring for english toffee as well.

The aroma is quite similar to that of the Caramel matcha, which, given my love of that one, is completely ok by me! However, it makes me wonder whether I’m going to be able to notice any differences between the two. I decided to make a cold latte using mostly regular milk (instead of my usual almond), and sweetened it with maple syrup, as that’s still the only liquid sweetener I have available!

Initially, I couldn’t really taste “English Toffee” per se. It definitely was a tasty latte, but I would have been hard-pressed to identify it over a caramel latte, or probably butterscotch. However, I left it sitting in my car for a few hours while at Oktoberfest, and when I had a sip of it while driving home, I tasted the unmistakeable flavour of toffee! Delicious! Perhaps it just needed to sit a while. I didn’t want to finish it that evening as I wanted to be able to sleep, so left it in the fridge overnight, and it’s just as tasty tonight.

I don’t think that this one will bump caramel out of being my favourite RL matcha flavour, but it’s definitely quite tasty, and a winner for me! It can be found at http://www.redleaftea.com/matcha-tea/english-toffee-matcha.html

Now, I have to say, I am wildly impressed with Red Leaf Tea. With the sheer amount of matcha I’ve been getting through this promotion, I was starting to feel like I was taking advantage of their goodwill and resolved to hang up my reviewing hat, saying that I had tried all the flavors I wanted to try. Imagine my pleased surprise when I mentioned this in a review and they responded to let me know they were releasing new flavors soon and encouraging me to keep trying new ones and keep reviewing! I know they read all reviews posted and I’ve received wonderfully kind responses to my reviews and emails to them. Their customer service is stellar and it makes it so that I want to recommend their teas to everyone I meet (and I do!). And while yes, I have gotten a ton of matcha through this promotion, I’ve also gained an adoration of matcha that will keep me coming to them long after I really do stop reviewing their product. But by now they know me, and they know my reviews and they’re just wonderfully kind to me. When I received my package yesterday, I found a little matcha spoon included with my order! I don’t know if it’s a promotion I just didn’t see, or if it was for me specially, but it certainly made my day!

I don’t know an awful lot about English toffee, but what I do know, I like. I got this one to try with my wife, in an effort to get her to like matcha. We’ll see how it goes!

When I opened the package, (found here:http://www.redleaftea.com/matcha-tea/english-toffee-matcha.html) it smelled a lot like the Caramel Matcha from Red Leaf Tea, which is very promising. I love their Caramel matcha. Brewed up, it still smelled like caramel, but with a hint of chocolate. And that’s exactly what it tastes like, caramel mixed together with tasty, tasty chocolate. I’m not a huge chocolate fan, but this is very, very good. Very sweet too, but not overwhelmingly so. But then again, I like my teas sweet. But when I see pictures of English Toffee, this is what I think it would taste like, so yay! I love that it even tastes like that crunchy caramel….mmm. This would be a very good starter matcha for those who like sweet things, English Toffee especially. I might even win my wife over with this one!

Mathcathon! Number 3 today. Okay I saw toffee and was like yum! This is my third matcha today and im all energized! I find when I drink them I don’t get the energy boost some people speak of but now that I’ve had 3 I’m ready to go. Get it here: https://www.redleaftea.com/matcha-tea/english-toffee-matcha.html

So reading the reviews I read that English toffee was toffee with nuts and chocolate, okay so its like bumped up toffee um sounds delicious. I was a very picky eater when I was young and being now diabetic I don’t really do alot of sweets so I have not tired alot so this is a great alternative. So what I got was Size: Small (30 grams), Quality: Basic Grade, Flavor: Delicate. First off the smell guh its intoxicating its sweet and buttery and mouth watering! If its as good as the smell I am going to like this one very much! So I find I prefer my matchas cold so I made this into a iced latte. First sip okay yeah chocolate sweet toffee like, let it get a bit colder GUH! I need to hoard this one so good! I love toffee and burnt sugariness except it getting stuck in my teeth, this is perfect. Its sweet and chocolaty and earthy and sugary and perfection in a glass. I need to make this with almond milk to help the nuttiness come out. Why didnt I get this earlier. O well I have it now and will drink it with love until its gone :)

backlogging!

In some ways i’m greatful for the excuse to try this again soon since steepster was down. I had this in latte form on the weekend and it was DELICIOUS!

oh. my. god.

So i made this into a smoothie with coffee matcha (2:1 Ratio) and oh.my.god is it amaaaazing. I may need to do this again!

Goodbye dear english toffee matcha. You have been a delight to drink in the mornings :) I would buy this again, though i don’t think it will have a permanent place in my home for the sheer sake that I’m finding myself drawn to fruit matcha in summer and more coffee/mocha type matcha in winter. English toffee is a treat that I’ll have once in a while when i want to revist an old friend.

You know when you’re sick and should probably stay home to get over it but you’ve been cooped up at home all weekend and you just want to not be in the house so you go in to work anyway? Yeaaaaah… that’s me!

So I made sure to kick off my day with a bunch of tea/matcha and other delicious beverages to help me get through as much of the day as possible.

English Toffee Matcha? Yes! Sweet and satisfactorily delicious. Mostly its just really nice on my throat first thing.

No juice in the house so i’m kicking off today with a much needed matcha smoothie before the parents get here for fun and games all day long! I really like the sweetness of this one in smoothie form. Soooo good and just the right pop to kick off the morning before i roll into tea mode :)

Hold on folks…it’s going to be a long day! I had a screaming headache last night that nothing seemed to cure. I ended up being awake until about 4am at which point I finally passed out from being utterly exhausted. Of course that meant I was up 2 hours later to go to work. My headache’s still there, so I’m hoping i can convince it to lay low for the rest of the day. Why you might ask? Because it’s also our christmas party this evening and that’s going to make today super long!

So i figured i’d kick things off this morning with a bang! English Toffee Smoothie! Followed by a coffee smoothie (short note to come soon). I prefer to mix them in together, but figured what the hell since it’s going to be a really long day. I’m hoping i can sneak in a quick matcha latte this evening too before i have to come back downtown for the shin dig.

English Toffee match…you are sweet creamy deliciousness that makes me smile.

I am cold this morning…so very cold. It’s like i’m chilled and can’t seem to get warm…so what do i drink? A cold smoothie. yeah i know. But believe it or not it takes longer to make a hot latte and then it means i have one less travel mug full of tea to bring to work. heh Still loving this english tofee matcha, though i realised this morning I am starting to run low on a few of the matchas i “add” to my single flavours in order to spice them up. Here’s hoping it’ll give me a chance to run through some of the other flavours i have before i need to place an order. eesh!

Cure for a sore throat? matcha smoothie! Soo delicious and just the pick me up i need to get through the next little bit of work.

Feeling a little guilty this morning drinking this instead of my 12 days of tea strawberry champagne matcha…but i’m trying to save that one for christmas day with my parents who are coming to visit.

I’m almost one this one, so I’ll need to place an order with redleaf in the new year to re-stock now that I’ve figured out which matchas i go through the quickest :) This one is creamy, sugary sweet toffee goodness…really enjoy it as a smoothie AND a latte!

Backlogging another review on Red Leaf’s matcha – this time it’s English toffee!
My matcha was composed of the following:
Size : Small
Matcha Quality: Starter (Basic Grade)
Flavor: Distinctive
I picked this one up at the prompting of my other half, though to this day he hasn’t been willing to try ANY of my matcha. That being said, I am A-OK with that! More for me!
This isn’t one of my favourite matchas from redleaf but it’s still a decent flavoured matcha. I picked this up with distinctive flavouring, though I’m fairly certain that I’d like it better in a robust flavouring.
My problem with this matcha was that the taste didn’t say English Toffee to me. Instead it was more of a sweet, non descript kind of generic taste. I still enjoyed adding the matcha to my morning smoothies, but if I didn’t know it was English toffee I would have been hard pressed to say YES, THAT is English toffee.
What I did like about this matcha was that even added to milk, there was an overall sweetness to it that wasn’t overly cloying and still reminded me a bit of caramel/toffee. Will I order this one again? Probably not, but not because it’s a bad matcha, but because there are others that red leaf offers that are true to their taste and so wonderfully delicious!

I love toffee so I was super excited to give this matcha a try. I ordered the basic grade matcha with a distinctive flavor level and I have to say this was a great choice for my first matcha from Red Leaf Tea. You can find more information about this beauty and order some for yourself here: http://www.redleaftea.com/matcha-tea/english-toffee-matcha.html.

First off, the scent when you open the pouch is of creamy, rich caramel toffee. I was concerned that the color of the matcha would have been muddied a bit with the addition of flavoring, but luckily the matcha is a beautiful, deep green. I love that there are no artificial flavorings added to this tea because the color of matcha is definitely part of my overall experience. I don’t have a sifter so I was worried that the matcha might be a bit clumpy, but it was perfectly smooth! After brewing this up without additions, it gives a pretty good froth. The flavor is primarily of lightly sweet toffee, but the matcha is not lost against the flavoring. However, there isn’t any edge of bitterness like you usually get with unflavored matcha. If you are new to matcha or don’t really enjoy the bitterness it can have, I highly suggest this company and flavor.

Although the matcha was good without additions, I wanted this flavor as a dessert replacement. Next up, slightly sweetened matcha latte! I added just a teensy bit of sugar and a splash of milk into my chawan of matcha. Yum! This is pretty amazing! It is just like drinking matcha while eating a big hunk of toffee. This is definitely a great dessert replacement! “Wow!” is the only word that truly describes this flavor accurately. This is my first flavored matcha and it definitely will not be my last.

I also want to add that my order was sent out quickly and I received both an email after submitting my order and after it shipped with tracking information. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from Red Leaf Tea. I will certainly be ordering from this company again.

While this is delicious to drink, I’m already planning how I can use this English Toffee Matcha to bake with. I think that this would be amazing in a buttercream icing and equally good in cupcakes or really any type of baked good. This would also be great incorporated into some whipped cream and used to top fresh fruit or angel food cake.

Matcha-thon! English Toffee latte all the way! I desperately need a kick so hoping the matcha will work fast! Out of the flavors I’ve tried from Red Leaf Tea I think this is my favorite flavor.

Let me start off by saying that I don’t like anything Green, until now! This matcha has captured my attention in an everyday sort of way. I don’t own a tea bowl, tea sifter or a bamboo spoon, but I can still enjoy this tea everyday.
When you first get your package, it is flat. Try to remember it is a powder chock full of antioxidants. I read the brochure that came with my order and then I got down to the business of adding this tea to my cupboard.
The first thing I did was to pour my matcha into a tea tin. I did not know (until I read that informative brochure) that I needed to store the tea in the refrigerator or freezer, so I figured the best way to protect it was to get it secured in a tea tin. I took a whiff and then admired the vibrant green color. The smell is intoxicating with toffee goodness. I quickly measured out ½ tsp of matcha into my coffee mug, ½ packet of raw sugar and 2 ounces of hot water. I used my mini wire whisk to create a nice foam, then I topped it all off with 2% milk.
Today, I had this tea without the added sugar. I liked it, but adding a wee bit of sugar really brings out the toffee flavor in this blend.
I have sampled a lot of different teas. Some I liked, some I hated. This English Toffee matcha by Red Leaf Tea is expertly blended to provide the tea drinker a unique experience. Here is the link on this matcha so you can read more about it on the official website: http://www.redleaftea.com/matcha-tea/english-toffee-matcha.html
English Toffee Matcha is rich in flavor. It is not bitter or grassy. Remember I stated I have tried a lot of different teas, black and green. And the green teas have not been on the reorder list, but the tides turned when I discovered matcha from the Red Leaf Tea Company. I have been a tea drinker for the last four years. During this time, I have been looking for and longing for a tea that is creamy, milky and full of flavor. I tried a Milk Oolong, thinking it would fit the bill. But no, it did not. Let me tell you that my socks have been blown off by this blend and with the stellar customer service (I got my tea order in two days and I received a USPS tracking number by email) Red Leaf Tea provides, it only encourages me to keep drinking their teas. I have finally found my all time favorite tea and who knew that the answer to my tea dilemma would be green.

I am in trouble. My first flavoured matcha, Red Leaf Tea’s Bavarian Crème Matcha, was so delicious I just had to give it a rating of 100. And frustratingly, I like my second flavoured matcha, Red Leaf Tea’s English Toffee Matcha (which can be found here:
http://www.redleaftea.com/matcha-tea/english-toffee-matcha.html)
even more! I wish Steepster would allow ratings of 100+ because this tea surely deserves it. I kid you not. It really is that good! I feel like if I just sprinkled some of this everywhere, the world would be a better place. It’s magic fairy dust I tell you!

Now, back to the tea, when I was younger, I used to get English Toffee Cappuccinos as an after-violin-lesson treat. I looked forward to those Cappuccinos so much that I’d just want to run out of my teacher’s house once my lesson was done without so much as a goodbye. But I was a polite kid. Anyway, Red Leaf’s English Toffee match has all the flavour of those English Toffee Cappuccinos without the a) crazy calories, b) crazy amounts of sugar, and c) coffee! It’s awesome. I can drink this knowing that I am doing something positive for my body and still have it be delicious and exactly what I want.

Ahhh, as soon as I opened the bag I knew I was in trouble. I knew I would love it so much that I wouldn’t want to ever be without it. It has a distinct caramel aroma but it’s not just caramel. There’s something else, something special that you can’t quite place. That’s the chocolate lurking in the background…

To make it, I decided to make another first of my Red Leaf matcha escapades and put the tea in cold almond milk. I had my first matcha latte with Bavarian Crème and here I decided to take that one step further. I put ½ tsp of tea in a small amount (maybe 2 tbsp) of cold almond milk. I whisked that up and found that the tea dissolved nicely. Then, I added the rest of the cup. It turned out great! The flavour is 100% English Toffee. Toffee caramel sweetness combined with chocolate. Yum! I didn’t feel like I was drinking matcha at all. There was zero grassiness or bitterness. It was like sweet silk in my mouth. Red Leaf definitely captured the flavour of my beloved English Toffee Cappuccinos and they did it without the coffee. How’d they do that!?

This is very satisfying. It’s creamy and has that buttery flavor of toffee. It’s very smooth and sweet. Mmm :)

I got my first Red Leaf Tea package on Friday, yayy!!! So I first tried this Saturday morning as a hot cup. I smelled the English Toffee sweetness immediately upon opening the bag, but when I brewed it I really couldn’t taste it at all. Luckily, I really enjoy the taste of matcha!

So I had about 3 cups throughout my lazy Christmas movie watching present wrapping day, then on Sunday I threw a tsp into a smoothie of strawberries, almond milk, and maple greek yogurt to drink after a circuit workout. My new favorite breakfast. Not only do I love the natural sweetness and earthy taste of the matcha, but after drinking the smoothie I feel like I’ve just had a really good sleep. I feel refreshed and awake, I feel strong and healthy. I will absolutely continue to order matcha to create a delicious healthy breakfast, and maybe I’ll try a robust flavor too.

Sunday I also brewed this cold in a water bottle to take with me for the day while my boyfriend and I went to buy our stockings. I don’t like it as much cold as I do in the smoothie but what an amazing natural energy boost that doesn’t give me jitters or a crash.

I’m way more impressed than I expected to be.

This was my first matcha experience and I don’t know if I can live without it now! I tried it a few ways; mixed with hot water, shaken up in a cold water bottle, and in a smoothie. I loved it in the cold water and the smoothie the best. In cold water it was like a grassy earthy yet sort of rich and thick drink that was nice to keep on my desk throughout the day. As a smoothie I added a teaspoon to almond milk and mixed fruit and it added a SLIGHT grassy earthiness, but mostly a freshness that enhanced the flavor of my drink.

The flavor of this matcha truly shows it’s quality, it is fresh and crisp. I ordered the basic grade of flavoring so I didn’t have a ton of the flavor that people say comes with the robust setting. However, this was a great way for me to try matcha for the first time, I could really tell what the taste of the tea was like without too much added extra.

This is an amazing way to get your antioxidants, speed up your metabolism before a workout, or simply to enjoy a strong fresh green tea at its most natural and pure form. You can buy your own here: http://www.redleaftea.com/matcha-tea/english-toffee-matcha.html and I highly recommend you do so!!

I think I’ve fallen hopelessly in love with Red Leaf Tea’s amazing flavoured matchas.

My first matcha from Red Leaf Tea! I also purchased Caramel, Cheesecake, and Pumpkin Pie (All top-rated on Steepster…I had to try them!!)

You can buy it here: http://www.redleaftea.com/matcha-tea/english-toffee-matcha.html

Grade: classic
Flavour: delicate

So from my previous tea-tasting experiences, I’ve come to associate ‘toffee’, ‘caramel’, ‘pecan’, ‘butter’, or any sweet-related adjectives with a single tea taste. Truthfully, if you blindfolded me and had me smell 5 different teas and match them to their name, I’d do it wrong.

The first thing that hit me when my Red Leaf Tea order arrived was how each tea smelled EXACTLY like its name. I ordered English Toffee and Caramel (among others), and they each smelled very distinct and amazingly authentic!

English toffee is delicious! I dislike sugar in tea, so a little milk was all the sweetness I needed. The matcha flavour complements the toffee-ness really well! I’d describe it like sticky toffee pudding with a dollop of green tea ice cream on top! Yummyness! My first Read Leaf matcha has set the bar high and I can’t wait to try more!
