Many thanks to Sonia at Revolution Tea for the sample:
I had this tea the morning of my little sister’s wedding and I have to say I wasn’t super impressed. It was good, but not “wow” enough for me. However, the chamomile and mint with the hint of honey in the tea did help with the tickle in my throat that I woke up with. So it did have that going for it. Perhaps some more mint needed to be added to this one? Like I said not bad, but not one I’ll be adding to the cupboard.

This was part of the 5 varieties included in the 15-serving tea chest I purchased. I’ve had chamomile before, but never had it paired with any kind of mint, and I like it! It doesn’t steep very strongly, but in the cup it’s a pleasing spring yellow. The aroma is relaxing, and the mint and chamomile don’t overpower one another. I was expecting it to brew into a stronger overall flavor, but I think the fact that it’s not such a strong formula is what makes it better than the Tazos and others I’ve had before.
Mild chamomile topnotes with a smooth mint finish and aftertaste. Will contemplate adding this to my bedtime routine.

Backlog:

Before opening the package, I expected this to be a pure chamomile tea, but it wasn’t: it’s mint, chamomile and marigold. Of course, the marigold offers very little flavor to the cup, but, I wasn’t anticipating the mint when I first opened the package. It was a nice surprise. I’m not particularly excited over chamomile, I’d prefer mint over chamomile so I’m glad that I’m going to have a minty flavor to enjoy here too.

A really tasty blend. The mint is strong and the chamomile tempers the minty tones just enough so that I’m not tasting “mouthwash.”

A pleasant blend. I’d drink this one again – don’t think I’d buy it, but, I’d drink it if it was offered to me.

Smooth and robust flavor unlike the ordinary Chamomile teas I have had. Excellent quality in a pyramid bag infuser.
