ENGLISH BREAKFAST Darjeeling/Ceylon TEA blend
This is a classic blend of Golden Broken Orange Pekoe garden Darjeeling and Ceylon tea leaves with lots of golden tips which makes just the perfect strong, full-bodied and a bright cup. This is the best choice for your breakfast as it gives your body a gentle dose of caffeine and helps get the brain and body going.
Our high quality loose leaf “English Breakfast” tea has a strength and depth that marry well with the strong flavours of cooked breakfast foods or just with a toast served with preserves or honey. It is best appreciated with the addition of full fat or semi-skimmed milk.
Ceylon/Assam “English Breakfast” Tea blend is also suitable for hard water areas which means it will taste good even if brewed in non-filtered but freshly boiled water.
To be honest, this tea is our absolute favourite and now we can’t even imagine starting our day with a tea brewed from a tea bag. It is just a massive difference in aroma and taste!
For the best result please follow our advice about a brewing method: Brew 1 teaspoon of tea per cup, water 100C/203F and infuse for 3-4 min. Do not forget to put 1 extra teaspoon of tea if you brewing your tea in a teapot.
