This is unlike ANY Rose Marzipan that I have ever had and I like it!

At first I really thought the Almond and Cardamom MADE this because they worked really well together…but after sipping this a few more times I realized that the vanilla does contribute to the smoothness of it…it’s subtle but serves a purpose. I was also trying to figure out what the delightful little fruitiness was I was tasting and came to the conclusion that it was the Lychee…very nice! The Rose is throughout the sip and on to the aftertaste and isn’t over done…it’s just right! This is quite aromatic and flavorful! This is a nice Rose Marzipan!

Very VERY light brown in color but the flavor is still nice…I have enough for one more cuppa and am going to share it in a swap. I can really taste the Lychee in this today. The floral notes are quite present, too!

This is really good. So far the best that I’ve tried from Sands of Thyme.

I can taste all the elements, but none are overpowering or off-putting, they all seem to be in quite a harmonious balance. There is a note of bitterness toward the end of the sip that lingers in the aftertaste, but it is a savory kind of bitter.

Very nice.

Finishing off the last of this sample that was sent to me with my order. I really like this blend.

Today I am getting more of the cardamom flavor, and I am getting a cinnamon note as well, although the ingredients do not list cinnamon as an ingredient.

This is yum!

This is a nice calming tea. The level of marzipan taste in it is perfect. You can definitely tell it’s there, but it’s not overwhelming.

This is a very nice tea. I find it soothing and something I enjoy drinking in the morning to put me in a calm frame of mind prior to starting the work day. Unlike some flowery teas I do not feel the rose flavor is overpowering.
