Delicious! I love the blend of spices and the way that the tea doesn’t get tannic and bitter/astringent in the boiling process. I have found it to be delicious with cream, milk, half & half, or on its own.
Masala Chai
Placing 4th at the North American Tea Championship (a smidgen behind three Indian Companies, as it should be!), we are very proud to be the top American Blender.
We hand grind the finest spices from India, Sri Lanka & Indonesia. Hand blended with dark malty black teas from Assam & East Africa, all to create a true Chai experience of deliciousness.
Stove top: bring to simmer 1/2cup water with 1 1/2tsp of Chai (or more!), add 1/2 cup fresh milk and brown sugar to taste, simmer 2 to 3 mins, strain and serve. Aerate for ultimate experience.
