This is delicious! wow.
White chocolate is not something I normally go for. It’s usually like whole butter slices on my tongue. Waxy and flavourless, bleh!
But this… is decadent. Luxurious. Oh so creamy smooth! and it sets of no alarm bells either! yahoo!!
That was the first steep though. Apparently this white… well, she’s a one steep stand.
It was ok when hot, but as it cooled I got a strange sort of fake white chocolate flavour that mixed oddly with the tea notes. It was okay, more what I expected the first steep to be.
Overall though, I quite like this. It’d be great for getting rid of a chocolate craving…

Sooo…. I can’t give this a rating because i pretty much screwed up brewing my sample a la not enough tea for the water i dumped it in. I really enjoyed this tea! I may hunt down TinaS for the rest of the sample that Jessie split between us.

Dry, the leaves didn’t smell overwhelmingly of much at all, but once steeped it lived up to the name in a big way, a mellow tea with a smooth and sweet white chocolate creaminess. I wanted to just hold each swallow in my mouth for a while until it melted. Next time I might steep it a little shorter to bring out the sweet chocolate without the white tea getting more astringent. There was a kind of oily film on the top of the cup, I guess from the milk drops, but it didn’t put me off at all. Overall, a deliciously dessert tea.

This tea is so delicious, just light and full of flavour, but it is so naturally sweet that it was not the best choice for my first-thing-in-the-morning tea. Definitely an after dinner tea.

This tea tasted nothing like what I expected, which is stupid since it does taste like white tea with white chocolate. Both notes are very apparent, and blend surprisingly well together. I liked it better with just a little bit of sugar, but it definitely is an enjoyable cup. I’m sad that I didn’t get to try more teas from SpecialTeas if this is an example of what they produced.

This is quite nice. Chocolatey and a bit nutty. Mild and very smooth. It’s a little bit sweet but not overbearing, which I find perfect for bed time.

Hm, I remember liking this. I had it again last night in an effort to try and use up some long-forgotten teas, and it was bitter and rather dusty-tasting. I followed the package’s instructions of 195/2 minutes, which was perhaps too hot. Otherwise I don’t know what the problem was. I like the flavours underneath, though! It tastes like a white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie. I’ll have to make another attempt.

This is my first white tea. I am definitely tasting white chocolate and some buttery notes. A little bland for me, but maybe that’s the nature of white tea. Prepared with stevia.

This is by far one of my favorite teas. It’s incredibly smooth with just a hint of sweetness. The description “buttery” is accurate – but it’s not at all overwhelming. Refreshing and relaxing. I highly recommend this tea. It’s worth the price.
