Called Monkey King tea by the Chinese, this traditional green tea has a distinctive criss-cross pattern because the leaves are pressed on a cloth during processing. When brewed, this tea has a faint aroma of the wild cymbidium orchids that blossomed at the same time the tea leaves opened.
