From Stash Tea Company

GUAYUSA (gwhy-you-sa) is a rare herbal tea produced from the leaves of a holly tree (ilex guayusa) native to the Amazon Rainforest of Ecuador. Guayusa is naturally caffeinated and has an awakening effect similar to coffee and yerba mate. Our Peach Cobbler Guayusa has a savory, scrumptious aroma of caramelized sugar, juicy peaches and spice. It brews up a silky smooth tea that will bring to mind a slice of peach cobbler fresh from the oven.

Ingredients: organic guayusa, cassia, orange peel, honeybush, natural white peach flavor, natural caramel flavor
Steeping Instructions: 3-5 minutes at 190-209 degrees Fahrenheit
Caffeinated: Yes
Country of Origin: Ecuador

Thanks to Nicole Martin for this sample

Organic Guayasa – WIN – Love Guayusa Guay*USA* USA USA GOLD METALS!
orange peel
cassia
honeybush
natural peach and carmel flavor.

The bag smells great!
I made some hot tea.
Didn’t need any Milk, Sugar, Honey.

I drank a few sips, and my brain automatically chilled.
I felt relaxed, and alert.
I love Guayusa!

Thank you Nicole Martin

10/11/12 – I dissected one of the bags today, there’s also what appears to be cinnamon sticks crushed up in there as well that’s not listed on the bag.

I LOVE THIS TEA. I hope Stash eventually offers it loose.

It tastes exactly like peach cobbler. The name is not a lie.
