Nice smooth flavor. I brewed it hot, and added a splash of milk. Funny thing – I thought I was drinking Assam, and I thought there was something wrong with it since I wasn’t tasting the maltiness at all! Nope, Ceylon has no maltiness. Interestingly, there is something almost chocolatey about it. I’ll definitely be using this for blending with other flavors.
