Bushfire breakfast invokes the soft romance of Bushland regenerating after fire. subtle smoke balanced with fine tannins and a hint of citrusy eucalypt is created by blending UVA black tea with Russian caravan and lemon myrtle. This is a nod to Australian tea drinking traditions, Billy tea, earl gray and black tea made on a campfire.
