Rooibos After Seven
Subtle Tea’s Rooibos After Seven Tea is an evening tea that has a chocolate mint taste. It is composed of rooibos tea leaves, brittle brits, chocolate nut chips, and peppermint leaves.
Rooibos teas, aka Red teas, are from South Africa. They improve digestion, are good for skin and allergies, high in vitamins and minerals, contain more antioxidants than green tea and are naturally caffeine free. These teas can be enjoyed with milk and sugar.
To brew the perfect cup:
Water temperature should be 212°F (100°C).
Add 1.5 teaspoons of tea for every 8 ounces of water.
Brew for 5-6 minutes
