This famous tea is from Anxi in South Fujian. It has attractive large leaves that produce a beautiful golden infusion with a rich roasted, slightly nutty flavour and a linger-in-the-mouth finish.
Short steep. Very pleasant slight milky taste. Sweet aroma.

Highly flavoursome with hints of citris, perfect with Yumcha
subsequent brews are much tastier than the first.
the smell put me off a bit, but the liquid is light and rounded in flavour
Taste definitely lingered with this one. I found it quite similar to Buddah’s hand.
