Got this as a sample with my latest T2 online order. It’s fine for a flavoured green, I just don’t care much for flavoured greens. Sipdown done and dusted.
“Over 40oC. Bushfires everywhere, the smell is drifting in my windows. General ugh-ness about today. Iced tea is a lifesaver, probably actually. I hope everyone is safe on this horribly dry and hot...” Read full tasting note
“Oh my this is good. I am not a fan of green tea in general. There are very few green teas that I like and even fewer than I love so I never expected to like Gorgeous Geisha. I was at...” Read full tasting note
“This is the last tea to try from my Nine Green pack from T2. I tend to always save the best for last, and I figured there was a pretty good chance I'd like this one. No worries there! Sniffing the...” Read full tasting note
“I'll say one thing off the bat - this tea smells mouthwatering. It has a grassy sencha flavour, and the distinct creaminess makes it a good introduction for those uninitiated into the world of...” Read full tasting note
Green tea with strawberries drizzled in cream is a big and bold sweet sensation. Juicy fruit blended with the herbaceous grassy aroma of sencha is intriguing, assertive and very moreish. Delicious hot and stunning iced as a summer treat. It’s easy to see why this is our most popular flavoured green – it’s simply gorgeous!

I was given this tea by a friend who is addicted to it. Sadly I find I have to sit on the fence with this tea when its hot. I feel the taste is to muddled, and needs more definition in the notes.
It’s redeeming point is that it works well Iced, tho not my favorite Iced Tea either.
I get given T2 sample boxes regularly and this must be a best seller because it is always in them. The samples are in teabag form but the bags are the nice kind that contain decent amount of quality leaf tea (not dust) and allow water to move around a bit.
I’m not a tea purist of any kind and always try to enjoy a tea for what it is. I usually prefer my flavoured teas with a bit more tea and a little less ‘flavour’, I’m also not super keen on spotting “strawberry and cream flavour” (what does that mean?) printed in the ingredients. At the end of the day though this is lovely drink that is very easy to enjoy.
Gorgeous smell- the taste is quite sweet but nothing to rave about. It is a very gentle understated green, quite nice hot but even nicer iced. The sencha is very grassy but still quite subtle- good for those who are still beginning to drink green tea and don’t really like the taste yet, as the strawberry taste is quite pronounced (much more so than in the other T2 tea ‘strawberries and cream’
