A fuller-flavoured white releases a bright heady aroma that uplifts invigorates and transforms into a calming and savoury floral flavour. Lavender adds well-balanced lightness for a well-rounded brew. Relaxing yet enlivening savour to clear the head when the work is done and it’s time for a little downtime.
Brew:1 heaped teaspoon per 200mls, brew 5-7 minutes in water at 80 degrees Celsius.
