From Tadin

Chamomile (Manzanilla) -is used to treat irritable bowel syndrome, colitis, dyspepsia, diverticulosis and flatulence. Modern science claims that it soothes frayed nerves because it actually slows down the central nervous system. Chamomile promotes good digestion and helps to relieve stomach cramps.

This tea is amazing! Smooth, almost minty flavor. Normally, I’m not a chamomile fan, but I’m definitely keeping stocked up on this one!
