Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss For sending me some of this tea!

This is really good. I think it just may be my favorite from Talbott so far (although I’m sure I’ve said that before about some other blend of theirs though).

The orange and the clove are a nice surprise here. They don’t dominate the tea though, it is a very harmonious blending of the ingredients. In each sip I can taste notes from each ingredient – it’s very smooth and well-rounded.

Well, I finally caught whatever bug my hubby had last week. I felt good yesterday, but, at some point while sleeping, I woke up and my head felt like a bowling ball and my throat felt like it had swollen shut and every time I’d try to swallow it felt like I was swallowing razor blades. UGH!

Hopefully it won’t last long.

So, until my taste buds return to normal (right now, it is as if my palate has been covered with a blanket and very few flavors manage to filter through) I’ll be drinking teas that are not new to me, so that I don’t feel like I need to write a review if I’m not feeling up to it. Also, I don’t want to form a bad opinion of a tea.

I can barely taste the rose and the cinnamon and just a hint of the orange with this tea. I can also barely taste the black tea. At the start of the sip, I notice the flavors, but before I even get to “mid-sip” it just feels like liquid is passing over my palate, with very little to no flavor at all.

So… if you want to know more about this tea, I’d recommend checking my previous notes, or you can check out my full-length review of this tea here: http://sororiteasisters.com/2011/02/11/steamy-cinnamon-rose-from-talbott-teas/

This is a nice bold black flavored tea! Perfect for the mornings! The black tea taste is in front with lovely true orange flavors 2nd in line. The cinnamon and spices are in the background and are ‘just right’. YUM!

I can taste the cinnamon today…maybe things are looking up…maybe I’m knocking the SICK out of me…eGadZ! I hope so!

A lovely orange today backed by the perfect amount of cinnamon all in a flavored black tea! Ahhhhhh!

The orange really came out today…yum…

I’m tasting a lot of cinnamon spice and not as much rose…well, the rose is more in the aftertaste, actually…this is strong and bold for this Monday Morning!

Nice cinnamon :)

backlogging 2 cups from earlier today…

Drinking a cup right now while trying to catch up with my backlogging. Today this tastes less steamy and more orange and rose. Still yummy tho! Thumbs up!

Nice tea, and I like the orange/clove/rose-ness of it all. As with the other Talbott teas I have, it takes more leaf than I usually use (compared to other brands) to get the flavor for which I am looking. Overall, nice; one I will serve friends as a conversation piece but not one I will secretly hoarde exclusively for my own selfish consumption!
