From Tantalizing Tea

Intriguing, vibrant Japanese green tea made from powdered Sencha. Mixed with a bit of water, and then pressed through molds producing uniform, spaghetti-like bits. Maximum flavor and benefits.

Wow! A Japanese green I’ve never heard of:) I must try:)

Cofftea

(this comment is after reading your review.) Ohhh… “this reminds me of matcha”. Now I’m absolutely sold=D I hate general “this is how you brew green tea” directions! I go to www.denstea.com for my Japanese green parameters, but they don’t sell a Kokeicha.:( Did you find your parameters just by experimentation or do you have a source?

Mandy Bee

Just experimented! :)

Cofftea

Now I’m on a search for Kokeicha parameters- they’ve gotta be out there somewhere:)

Use 1 level teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water until steaming. Steep for 1-2 minutes.

Another MandyB Tea!~
The ‘leaves’ are really-really-really thin.
The infused liquid is quite murky and it smells like moss or wet grass of sorts.
The taste is strong and earthy almost along the same thoughts of a gun powder type taste. This is pretty good if you are looking for a powerful green!
