From Tazo

One of Tazo’s Herbal Infusions, Refresh™ is a blend of northwest grown peppermint and spearmint leaves and features the sweet licorice-like taste of tarragon.

Even though this type of beverage is often described as an herbal tea, there is actually no tea in it at all. Instead it’s a blend of leaves and herbs that has been used for centuries to enhance health and well being. As a result, it contains no caffeine.

Wonderful for colds & flu. Inhaling the steam is as therapeutic as drinking it.

Peppermint with a touch of tarragon, which adds a little bite. Very refreshing iced.

My acupuncturist told me I could stop drinking mint tea if I became a monk and lived in a state of constant meditation. That ain’t happening any time soon so for now I drink Refresh. This tea is delish. I drink 2-3 cups of this a day. It always makes me feel calm and balanced. It also sooths my stomach on days after tequila shots (like today!). Just be careful not to let it steep too long (2 minutes tops) and don’t ringout the bag into your cup. It’s super bitter for some reason.
