LuAn GuaPian, Melon Slice (Anhui special green tea)
Crispy summery tea, with a hint of smoke. Only the leaf without the bud is used. Even the upper point and underpart of the leaf is cut off in order to get same sized leaves. The name Melon Slice is short for Gui Zi Pian, what means Melon Sead Slice, since the processed looks like this sead slice.
