Te Anau Blend
The finest Keemun Congou blended with Ceylon Highgrown and Himalayan Darjeeling delivers an uncommonly delicate leaf with some golden leaf tips. Full bodied sweetish flavour and a fragrant taste.
Medium Strength is also a matter of personal preference but as a guideline we recommend 1 level or heaped teaspoon should suffice. Allowing to infuse for 3-5 minutes as desired. Traditional Teas can be drunk with or without milk.
