In terms of good geographical position and climatic conditions the province of Yunnan can be compared to the Assam growing areas, but the taste of Yunnan stands uniquely out on it’s own.
Medium. Strength is also a matter of personal preference but as a guideline we recommend 1 level or heaped teaspoon should suffice. Allowing to infuse for 3-5 minutes as desired. Traditional Teas can be drunk with or without milk.
