Origin: Nara, Japan
Single estate, 100% Yabukita. This “farmer’s tea” consists of the stems and coarse leaves of kabuse tea which has been shaded for fifteen days. Lighter than a normal green tea.

Slight baked nose, with a beautiful clear liquid and a green aftertaste that reminds us of the morning fog in Japan.
