This tea has the perfect balance of spiciness. It’s very strong, but I like that in a chai.

Caffeine: Black teas, which are fully fermented tea has approximately 45 mg of caffeine per 8 oz cup (compared to on average 90 mg of caffeine per 8 oz cup of coffee)
