White Tea Whole Leaf
The production of the tea is only possible for a few days during the year and needs special attention. Only the unopened buds with the little silver hairs and two leaves are to be picked by the tea-farmers in spring. White tea whole leaf requires careful attention to every detail – after the leaves are hand-picked they are shortly fermented and dried in the open air.
