Taimu Spring Equinox: Taimu Quhao
Taimu Mountains on the opposite side of Fujian from its counterpart Wuyi is as much a China national conservation area and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, except it is much less heard of. It is therefore, even better conserved from the exploits of tourism and even more pristine as a tea region. Gently roasted to dry, Taimu Spring Equinox is a good option as a fine tasting general purpose green tea.
