From Tea Hong

Often mistaken as the more famous Long-jing green tea, Hermitage Deep Roast is actually the granddaddy of its Hangzhou counterpart. Some people prefer this for its scenic, pristine deep mountain origin. Others think that its different taste profile the stronger reason for an affinity. The heavier roasting and unique cultivar give it a deeper color and taste character. This may well be the warmest character of all green teas.
