Tieguanyin Emerald
This is a balance between the deeply baked style and the floral green style. Tieguanyin that is given an additional light bake such as Tieguanyin Emerald is a bit less strong as to how it stimulates the digestive system. Slightly more suitable as a family tea than greener versions. Can be served strong in a small cup for before and/or after meals.
