The extraordinary baked effect of Tieguanyin Classic Special is the work of our master baker Wei in Chaozhou, where there used to be a long tradition of re-baking oolongs gathered from different regions before transporting to the export port of Canton. The intricacy of the craft has once almost vanished saved for a few insistent operators like us.
