Fresh, bright and yet warm floral aroma with tints of raw honey and root herbs. Lively, silky infusion on a malty base with bites of tangerine peel. Light fruity sweetness with tones of honey. Moderate sweet aftertaste.
Phoenix Bittersweet is produced from a relatively newer cultivar developed from the pedigree of the famous and popular Milan Xiang, aka Honey Orchid. While the latter is a more complex and fuller tea, Bittersweet is easier to understand for its relatively softer aroma and body. Optimally fired to the classic traditional style.
