From Tea Hong

Phoenix Bittersweet is produced from a relatively newer cultivar developed from the pedigree of the famous and popular Milan Xiang, aka Honey Orchid. While the latter is a more complex and fuller tea, Bittersweet is easier to understand for its relatively softer aroma and body. Optimally fired to the classic traditional style.
