“Gong Ting”, meaning Imperial Court, refers to the “imperial” quality of golden tips used in the making of this fermented Pu’er. Full bodied, rich and extremely smooth in taste with flavours of mushroom, Gong Ting Pu’er can be infused many times at boiling point and yet maintain its mellow flavour and smoothness without any trace of astringency.
