•Green tea
•Anhui Province, China
•Basket-fired over charcoal
•Open two leaves and a bud
•Sweet flavor reminiscent of bamboo and chestnuts
•Refreshing, earthy aroma of a garden after the rain
•Clear golden-colored liquor

Steeping Instructions:
Use 1.25 Tablespoons (2-3 grams) per 6 oz of water
Steep 2-3 infusions at 2 minutes each.
Water temperature should be 170° – 180° F

Very light, pale color with a pleseant and sweet smell. The taste is light, refreshing and subtle. You can taste a little of the the fire or charcoal but its barely noticable. This is extremely smooth and I think should be a great drink for the spring/summer
