Dieser harmonische, leicht-fruchtige Pi Lo Chun aus Taiwan gewinnt immer mehr Grünteefreunde. Leicht gerollt mit einem Hauch Oolong. Helle, grüne Tasse.

Zubereitungstip: 12 g Teeblätter (ca. 8 gestricheneTeelamaß) auf 1 Liter gefiltertes bzw. weiches, 90 °C heißes Wasser (nach dem Kochen ca. 3 bis 5 Min. abkühlen lassen); 2 Min. ziehen lassen; schmeckt auch als Kaltgetränk.
