Lomi-Lomi-Nui: an ancient Hawaiian temple ritual is said to bring about inner peace. Apple pieces, stinging nettle, strawberry leaves, pineapple, lemon grass, freeze-dried banana pieces, hibiscus blossoms, papaya, rose petals, camomile, rose and mallow blossoms, natural flavor.

Preparation: 1g herbal tea (2 level tsp) per 12oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 5-10 min.
