Shé Men – Shé is the original tribe native to Phoenix Mountain tops. Men means opening in Chinese, which including door, arch, entrance, passage that one passes through to get to another area. Here it means entrance to the mountain where the natives live. Shé tribe was the first to discover Phoenix tea – bird beak tea. This particular tree is located at the entrance way, hence its name. It’s located right next to a stream, naturally well fertilized and watered. Under such condition, this tree is striving extremely well. Average annual (Spring only) production is 4 to 6 pounds.

This tea falls into the Honey Orchid Fragrance type, delicate fresh floral aroma with smooth silky texture, sweet nectar flavor.
