We believe you will find this fresh Chinese Sencha to be unlike any other green tea you have tasted. It has a wonderfully mild, sweet and almost grassy flavor.
The green tea in this blend, known as Sencha, originates from China. What makes Sencha so unique is that the tea leaves are initially steamed vs. pan fried, which results in a greener color and more vegetal (grassy) flavor.
Full leaf green tea.
Brew 1 teaspoon loose tea in hot water (165 – 180˚F) for 3 minutes.
2 oz. = up to 25 cups.
