From Teamancy

For my birthday this year I decided to blend my dream tea. So I took my favourite sencha green tea, and paired it with my all time favorite Berry – raspberries. I wanted something soft, subtle, with hints of a summer dessert.

So Raspberry Meringue was born, the tart fragrant raspberries are balance the smooth sencha. The hints of lemon bring a fresh zing.
