Oolong Beauty Queen got a sweet, fruity taste with a light floral note. The color is honey like.
The second infuse was even richer in taste as the leaves are already opened. The third infuse is comparable to the first two. Any further infuses are so so.
Oolong Beauty Queen
Nang Ngam is the Thai name of this Oolong from Doi Mae Salong. Sometimes Nang Ngam is incorrectly translated as hard-working woman. But correctly is Beauty Queen. And a beauty is this hand-picked Oolong indeed. Jade green the leaves and bright yellow the infusion. Oolong Beauty Queen has a very mild, afterward more flowery aroma. The taste isn’t getting bitter even after several infusions . This unique flavor is achieved by collecting only the finest leaves. Therefore derived the name Oolong Beauty Queen.
