This tea is a perfect compromise between too light and too astringent. It is subtly nutty, and my friends have referred to it as somewhat “twiggy”. I love it. It is very calming, and the caffeine level is moderate enough to keep you alert but not to negatively offset your daily energy level.

A humble, but incredibly flavorful tea from the stems of the tea plants on Tung Ting. It is harvested by the same award winning farmer who produces our High Mountain Dark and Charcoal oolong. A medium roast tea, with a delicate nutty, citrusy, and floral notes. This tea is extremely low in caffeine making an excellent before-bed treat after a tiring day.
