Fukamushi Sencha is a high grade Sencha that is steamed longer for a deeper flavor. Our Ugetsu Fukamushi Sencha is made of the highest grade Yame Sencha. Yame, one of Japan’s most southerly regions for tea growing, receives more full sun days than many other tea growing regions. Yame produces green teas with a reputation for more intensity and stronger flavor. Enjoy a delicate smooth taste and a robust leafy fragrance. Yields a light yellowish green tea.
