Tangerine Dream

Fruit Rooibos Blend by Teaopia

Green Rooibos is combined with fig pieces, carrot bits, lemon granulate, ground ivy herb, orange peel, and chrysanthemum leaves to create a wonderfully refreshing tangerine flavour. Those that love the combination of citrus and tea will think they are dreaming after trying this blend.

Sumthin amiss ‘bout this one. I could have sworn there was Stevia in here, but then I don’t see any in the ingredients??
It was far to sweet, sickly so, for my liking. and I couldn’t taste much tangerine at all. More bubble gum than anything else.
It was drinkable atleast. No alarm bells set off anywhere. Atleast there is that :)

My mom-in-law got this one as it’s one of the ones on clearance from Teaopia. I got to try some ‘cause I’m visiting :)
This tea is so sweet and delicious. I’m really enjoying it! The green rooibos base is perfect for this light, fruity blend. I think the pairing is very good.
Yummy yum!

Sounds like a dream, smells like one…. tastes more like a nightmare. It was so sweet I could barely choke down my 8oz cup (and I love sweets). I could hardly get past the sweetness to taste the yummy tangerine. I’m hopeing a second cup with fewer leaves will help this one along.

Even as an iced tea this is still WAY too sweet. Slightly better than when it was hot, but lacking big time in every other area.

Anyone who likes a citrus “tea” would love to try this. It’s naturally sweet, using a green Rooibos base. The orange taste is definitely the most potent, I find the longer you steep it the better it gets. I did a 2 hour steeping on this Rooibos, and it tasted divine. However, if you can’t handle a sweet tasting tea, steer clear of this.

Mmm! Smelled divine. Looked divine. It’s rooibos (green!). I was so sure this was going to be perfect. But first steep (4 min) was disappointingly weak. It actually kind of reminded me of the McDonald’s “orange drink” they used to serve us at summer camp that was just orange flavour powder extremely diluted in water. 7 min was more promising, as the flavour had some time to strengthen up. I think I can see myself wanting this for breakfast as a light, citrusy refresher, but I gotta admit I prefer my rooibos earthy and rich.

I blended this today with Teaopia’s Rise and Shine for my morning class, and not only was it super delicious, it kept me awake! Points! As a blending ingredient, I might recommend this!

Tried a cup of this for the first time today, I forgot about it and let it steep for over 30 mins. It was just purely delicious, I loved the sweet citrus after taste of it. Definitely something I would share to my friends who are “citrus” tea lovers. Something I would drink when I’m cleaning the house and get my self a little pumped. [:
