From Teaopia

This Herbal is a mixture of honeybush, papaya bits, osmanthus blossoms, marigold blossoms and aroma. The lovely combination of natural ingredients helps to stave off hunger pangs and aids in digestion making it perfect to drink either before or after a meal.

This was such a nice tea. Usually, I am only crazy for black teas, very rarely will I find an herbal that I really like. Super relaxing and good for menstrual cramps. I also found it helped with mild digestion upsets (papaya is good for that) as well as a before bed relaxer.

It tastes exactly like it smells: amazingly-fruity-flowery-deliciousness.

I love this tea in the evenings because I find it relaxes me and has the right amount of sweetness to give me that perfect end to my day. The flavour of the honeybush mixes well with the papaya and the aroma of the tea is very inviting, something to curl up with for sure.

This is the only tea I have from Teaopia, as I don’t really like Teaopia, but this was one I HAD to go back and buy more of because I liked it that much.
