Most black teas are large-leafed, such as Assam, Yunnan Dianhong or Taiwan cha No.7,8 and 18 are all big leaves. Lishan Black Tea is a unique small leaf cultivar ( high mountain Oolong or Gin Shan), through fermentation and then the fire. Lishang Black Tea is filled with a touch of ripe fruit aroma and tastes sweet and fulfillment and do not have the bitter taste.
