A truly refreshing tea that is very aromatic and slightly floral; a fine tea for warm, rainy days.
Very fragrant green with great jasmine perfume. I was able to get 2 steeps out of the leaves – 1 rounded tsp in my 7 ounce cup. Steeped 3 minutes for my first, 4 minutes for the second with water straight out of the hot tap on the water cooler (around 175-180°). Second came out almost as strong as the first.
They are totally right about when you should drink this. In fact, I can barely let a warm, rainy day pass without a cup of this stuff. Jasmine green is the first tea I’ve ever had that genuinely compliments a type of precipitation. TeaSource’s Jasmine is lovely for a cup, but too aromatic for me to drink more than one or (sometimes) two.
