Different from other Silver Needle teas I’ve had. This one was ever so slightly grassy and not as sweet as others. Enjoyed two steeping with the 2nd one bringing out a surprising similarity to gunpowder green without the the green taste.
Silver Needles
One of the most prized and classic white teas from China. This elegant white tea is made up of all silver buds, with a very downy texture and a fresh soft aroma. It brews up subtle, slightly grassy with just a touch of sweetness with a hint of a spicy note and a soft subtle silkiness. This is a wonderful example of Silver Needles white tea.
